Hail Damage in Greer, SC

This home sustained extensive damage during the hail storm last May. The homeowner's insurance policy provided for repairs to the gutters, siding and several window screens as well as a full roof replacement. Roof Roof was called out for a free estimate, and was hired to perform the work. We removed the existing shingles, lined all valleys, walls, chimneys and skylights with ice and water shield, replaced all existing stationary vents, protected the surface of the roof with synthetic underlayment and shingled the roof with Duration Architectural shingles in Onyx Black. 118 feet of Ridge Vent was installed to aid in air circulation, moisture and heat in the attic. Williamsport Colonial Beaded Siding, in Colonial Ivory, was used to replace damaged siding on the right elevation. Damage gutters and gutters screens, downspouts and drain pipes were replaced on the home. Finally, 24 damaged window screens were replaced
