Hail Damage in Piedmont, SC

This customer called Roof Roof to determine if they had hail damage. We came out that same day to evaluate the roof. After a thorough inspection, we determined that there was sufficient damage to file a claim. A week later the insurance adjuster came out. We met him there and showed all of the damages. He agreed with our assessment and approved the roof. We started on the project 2 weeks later. We began by removing the existing roof down to the wood deck. We then installed ice and water shield in all of the valleys and synthetic felt across the field of the roof. We used two layers of felt paper on the back slope becuase of the low pitch. We then installed Owens Corning oakridge shingles, new ridge vent, and cap shingles. The project took 2 days to complete.
