We came out and provided a free estimate and he chose our company to perform the work. We started by installing tarps around the property to protect the landscaping. We then removed the existing roof. Once removed, we then installed new underlayment and ice and water shield around the valleys and chimney. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Oakridge Onyx black shingles and a new ridge vent to help alleviate heat and moisture in the attic. The job took one day to complete.
