They were here at 7 a.m. sharp, their work ethic is like none other. They don't take breaks or disappear for lunch, they inhaled the lunch and got right back to work. They were so polite and cheerful, and cleaned up so that you'd never know they were here. They, like you, are the front line of the company, fancy advertising doesn't matter, phony senior discounts, just folks like you and the crew.  I know these guys don't get paid near what their worth and I think the owner should give them and you a nice Christmas bonus. Thanks to you and the crew, I'll be contacting the BBB to let them know how amazing the job was and how professional everyone was.
