Roof Repair Before & After Photos

The damage sustained during a storm last year had this Upstate homeowner calling Roof Roof for an estimate on a new roof. The insurance claim was approved, all the details ironed out, and the work begun. The final result is a brand new roof in  Owens Corning Oakridge architectural shingles in Onyx Black. The homeowner was extremely happy with the process and final result.

This Piedmont homeowner needed to replace their roof due to the age of the shingles. The granule loss was exponential and there were multiple leaks. Roof Roof was awarded the job and we started in less than a week. The project took one day to complete. Multiple pieces of plywood were replaced due to rot. We installed Owens Corning Oakridge shingles with the color being Onyx Black. A new ridge vent was cut in along the top ridge of the roof for added ventilation.

This customer called Roof Roof to determine if they had hail damage. We came out that same day to evaluate the roof. After a thorough inspection, we determined that there was sufficient damage to file a claim. A week later the insurance adjuster came out. We met him there and showed all of the damages. He agreed with our assessment and approved the roof. We started on the project 2 weeks later. We began by removing the existing roof down to the wood deck. We then installed ice and water shield in all of the valleys and synthetic felt across the field of the roof. We used two layers of felt paper on the back slope becuase of the low pitch. We then installed Owens Corning oakridge shingles, new ridge vent, and cap shingles. The project took 2 days to complete.
