Roof Repair Before & After Photos

Several damaging storms came through the upstate this past year. In May of 2017, Roof Roof received a call from this homeowner to inspect their roof for hail damage. At that time, we were not able to find enough damage to advise filing a claim. Then, in January of 2018, we received a callback. The homeowner felt that her roof had sustained further damage that, most likely, would warrant filing a claim with her insurance company. An appointment was set and what our rep found was that this roof was in need of replacement due to storm damage.

After tearing off the existing shingles, Ice and Water Shield roof deck protection was installed over which we placed the synthetic underlayment to create a water-proof barrier. Next, we installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black and topped it all off with ridge vent to aid ventilation.

This homeowner had multiple leaks in their roof. They called Roof Roof for an inspection and estimate to have the roof replaced. We went out and measured the roof and gave them a free estimate that day. A couple weeks later we were awarded the job and started the roof replacement. The homeowner selected the Owens Corning Duration Driftwood shingle and opted for the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty. We used all Owens corning accessories including: ice and water shield, starter shingle, hip and ridge shingles, ridge vent, and synthetic undlerlayment. The job took 2 days to complete. 

This Pelzer home had an old roof in need of replacing. The customer chose Owen's Corning Supreme 3-Tab shingles in Estate Grey for the finished product.

This homeowner had multiple roof leaks. Since the repair would be very costly, he opted for the full roof replacement. Hhe called Roof Roof and we came out the next day to giver him a free roofing estimate. He accepted our estimate and we began roofing the following week. We installed Owens Corning Oakridge Brownwood shingles on the roof. We also installed Owens Corning ridge vent. 

This customer had a damaged fascia board on one end of their home. Damage like this invites critters and water into the home, causing further roof damage if left alone for awhile. Roof Roof was happy to replace the damaged board.
