Old Roof Replaced in Seneca, SC

This homeowners roof was old and algae had taken over the shingles. He decided it was time for a replacement. He met Roof Roof at our home show and our representative came out to give him an esitmate. He accepted our estimate we started that week. We remove the existing shingles and installed new ice and water shield in the valleys and all roof penetrations. We installed Owens Corning Duration Estate Gray shingles, ProArmor synthetic underlayment, ridge vent and hip and ridge shingles. The project took one day to complete
