Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

To say this roof was old is an understatement. It was way overdue to be replaced. After this homeowner reserached our company, she selected Roof Roof to do her roof. We started the project within two weeks. We removed the existing roof and replaced 2 sheets of plywood that were rotten. We then installed ice and water shield in the valleys and around all roof penetrations. Next we installed synethetic underlayment on the field of the roof. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Driftwood shingles and ridge vent to help with heat and moisture build up in the attic. We finished the roof off with Owens Corning ProEdge cap shingles. the job took one day to complete. 

This one was a little tricky. The project took 3 days to complete and includes gutter replacement and siding repairs. The homeowner chose CertainTeed Landmark Cobblestone Grey shingles.

This homeowners roof was old and algae had taken over the shingles. He decided it was time for a replacement. The roof on this house was OLD. The homeowner had quite a few leaks, so they contacted Roof Roof to replace the roof. The homeowner selected CertainTeed Landmark Moire Black shingles, and they also replaced the skylights.

St. Andrews Catholic Church in Clemson had an 80 year old roof that badly needed to be replaced. They chose to go with Certainteed Grand Manor 50 year Composition shingles in Colonial Gray for the finished product. Doesn't it look fantastic?
