Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This homeowner found us on Angie's List. He called Roof Roof becuase of the amount of great reviews that we had. After submitting a free estimate, he chose Roof Roof for the roof replacement project. We began by removing the old roof and inspecting the wood deck. After all rotten wood was replaced, we installed Owens Corning ice and water shield in the valleys, roof penetrations and around the chimney. We then installed Owens Corning ProArmor synthetic underlayment across the field of the roof. The homeowner chose the Owens Corning Duration Quarry Grey shingle and we topped it off with the Owens Corning ProEdge cap shingles and ridge vent. The homeowner also elected for the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty which gives them a 50 year non prorated material warranty and a 25 year labor warranty that is back by Owens Corning. Only Platinum Certified contractors, like Roof Roof, can give that type of warranty. The project took 3 days to complete. 

After a thorough vetting process, this homeowner selected Roof Roof as his roofing contractor due to our Platinum Certification with Owens Corning as well as our ability to handle projects of this size. The project took 3 days to complete. We began by removing the exisitng roof. Due to the size of this roof, we had to tear off 1/3 of the roof each day instead of tearing it all off one day. We then installed Owens Corning synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield, Duration Onyx Black shingles, starter and hip/ridge shingles. We finished it off with Owens Corning ridge vent to help alleviate heat and moisture. Another happy homeowner!
