This homeowner had hail damage from the March 2017 hail storm. Roof Roof was called out to provide a free estimate on their home and garage roof. After careful consideration, the homeowner selected Roof Roof for the project. We started the project wtihin a few weeks. We began by removing the existing roof. We then installed REX synthetic underlayment and ice and water shield. The homeowner chose CertainTeed Landmark PRO Weathered Wood shingles and we finished it off with ridge vent to help alleviate heat and moisure inside th attic. The project took two days to complete. 

The existing 3 tab shingle roof was replaced with new Oakridge architectural shingles in Driftwood. Ridge vent was installed and the plumbing boots were also replaced. 

The siding on this house was melted when the home next door burned. We removed the melted siding and installed new vinyl siding.

The shingle we installed on this house was Owens Corning Duration Trudefinition-Estate Grey. The project took only 1 day to complete. Owens Corning ice and water shield was applied in the valleys, along all walls, and around the chimney as well as all roof penetrations. Ridge vent was installed along all ridges to allow heat and moisture to escape the attic.

This customer had an old roof in need of a full replacement. Roof Roof was happy to help, and the new roof transformed their home. It looks great and keeps the home dry while being longer lasting and more energy efficient.
