This Greenville business suffered from hail damage. The customer chose Oakland shingles in Onyx Black for the full roof replacement.

This homeowner had multiple leaks in their roof. They called Roof Roof for an inspection and estimate to have the roof replaced. We went out and measured the roof and gave them a free estimate that day. A couple weeks later we were awarded the job and started the roof replacement. The homeowner selected the Owens Corning Duration Driftwood shingle and opted for the Owens Corning Platinum Warranty. We used all Owens corning accessories including: ice and water shield, starter shingle, hip and ridge shingles, ridge vent, and synthetic undlerlayment. The job took 2 days to complete. 

Hail damaged the roof at this homeowners house. He called out Roof Roof to inspect for damages. The roof was inspected and damageded was confirmed. We met with the adjuster and the roof was approved for a full replacement. We began the roof project within 3 weeks. We began by removing the existing roof and replacing a few sheets of rotten decking. We then installed ice and water shield in all the valleys, along all walls, the roof pentrations and around the chimney. We then installed underlayment across the entire roof. We  then installed starter shingle around the perimeter of the roof. We installed Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black shingles and new ridge vent to cap it off. The project took 2 days to complete.

This homeowner researched roofing companies online and contacted Roof Roof after reading about our customer experience and ratings. After installation, the roof has Owen's Corning Duration Shingles in Driftwood, topped off with ridge vent for attic ventilation.

Several damaging storms came through the upstate this past year. In May of 2017, Roof Roof received a call from this homeowner to inspect their roof for hail damage. At that time, we were not able to find enough damage to advise filing a claim. Then, in January of 2018, we received a callback. The homeowner felt that her roof had sustained further damage that, most likely, would warrant filing a claim with her insurance company. An appointment was set and what our rep found was that this roof was in need of replacement due to storm damage.

After tearing off the existing shingles, Ice and Water Shield roof deck protection was installed over which we placed the synthetic underlayment to create a water-proof barrier. Next, we installed Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black and topped it all off with ridge vent to aid ventilation.
