This customer approached our booth at the Spring Home Show in Greenville. He wanted to get an estimate for a new roof with architectural shingles because his roof was old. One of our professional roof consultants went to his house and inspected the roof. He found that the roof was still in pretty good condition, and he told the customer just this. In the end, the homeowner decided to go ahead with the new roof installation so that he didn't have to worry about it later on down the road. He chose Owen's Corning Duration Architectural shingles in Teak.

This roof was replaced due to hail damage. We met with the insurance adjuster and got the roof approved. We removed the existing shingles and replaced rotten decking. We then installed new felt, ice and water shield, ridge vent, and CertainTeed Landmark shingles. All walls received new flashing and the perimeter got new drip edge.

This Pelzer home had an old roof in need of replacing. The customer chose Owen's Corning Supreme 3-Tab shingles in Estate Grey for the finished product.

This homeowner had multiple roof leaks. Since the repair would be very costly, he opted for the full roof replacement.
