Roof Repair Before & After Photos

This homeowner was referred to us by her insurance broker. We inspected the roof and determined that there was major hail damage to it. She called her insurance company and we met with the adjuster 1 week later. He agreed with our assessment and gave us the go ahead. We started the project the next week. We began by removing the existing roof down to the wooden deck. We then installed ice and water shield in all of the valleys and underlayment across the field of the roof. Owens Corning Duration Onyx Black shingles were installed and the roof was finished off with Owens Corning ridge vent. The project took one day to complete.

This homeowner called Roof Roof to get an estimate on his hail damaged roof. We came out and provided the estimate and discussed the roof replacement with him. After obtaining multiple quotes, he ultimately decided on Roof Roof to complete his project. We removed the existing shingles and installed new felt. We then installed new starter shingles around the perimeter of the roof and new Owens Corning Oakridge Driftwood shingles. We finished the project off with new heat and moisture ridge vent and cap shingles. The project took just one day to complete.

The scope was agreed upon and we began 2 weeks later. We began by removing the existing shingles. Lastly, we installed ridge vent across all the ridges to help control heat and moisture. The project took one day to complete.

Our rep. confirmed that the home had sustained storm damage and worked with the homeowner's insurance company to agree on the cost of the job.   

The job began by installing new synthetic underlayment and then reshingling the entire roof with  OC supreme Oakridge architectural shingles in Onyx Black. Two boots were replaced and U.V guards were installed. In addition, the roof was capped off with ridge vent for ventilation. New gutters w/ Shurflo gutter covers and downspouts were installed on the home. As a code upgrade, 11 x 15 rolled roofing was also installed. We began the job in early March and took one day to complete.
