Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This Taylors home need a new roof. The customer chose Owen's Corning Architectural shingles in Driftwood for the replacement.

This customer in the Cliff's at Glassy had shingles falling off of his home due to high nailing. We replaced the entire roof with the GAF Camelot II Designer shingles, installed metal valleys, custom drip edge, Cobra 3 ridge vent, replaced 2 Velux Skylights, and installed ice and water shield on the entire roof. We finished it off with half-round gutters around the perimeter.

When we first inspected this Mauldin roof we noticed a predominant amount of granule loss. The roof needed to be replaced immediately. We started the project within two weeks and installed Owens Corning Oakridge Brownwood shingles and the customer purchased the Platinum Preferred warranty as well. A new ridge vent was cut in to help with ventilation.
