Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This homeowner contacted us becuase of our A+ rating with the Better Busines Bureau. We went to their home and provided a free estimate. After careful consideration, the homeowner chose Roof Roof to replace his roof. We began the project by removing the existing roof down to the wood deck. We also removed the chimney per the homeowners request. We then installed felt paper across the field of the roof and ice and water shield in the valleys. We installed Owens Corning starter, ProEdge cap, and Duration Onyx black shingles. We finished the roof with the Owens Corning ridge vent. The process took one day to complete. 

On this roof replacement, we removed the existing shingles down to the wood deck. All of the rotten wood was replaced. 15lb felt covered the field of the roof and an ice and water shield was installed in the valleys. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Oakridge shingles in the color Onyx Black. We reflashed the chimney and replaced all of the PVC plumbing boots. The roof was finished off with a new ridge vent. The project took one day to complete.

This roof was damaged by high winds during a recent storm and was approved by the insurance company for replacement. We removed the old roof and installed a new Oakridge Driftwood 110mph wind resistant shingle, with synthetic underlayment and the roof looks great!
