Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This homeowner met us at the Spring Home and Garden Show at the TD convention center. He asked that we come to his home to give him an estimate on replacing his roof because it was beginning to deteriorate. Out of 3 contractors, the homeowner selected Roof Roof to get the job done. We started the project 2 weeks later. We began by removing the old roof. We then installed ice and water shield in the valleys and synthetic underlayment across the rest of the roof. The homeowner chose Owens Corning Duration shingles in Onyx Black. New ridge vent, pipe boots, and flashings were installed. The project took 2 days to complete.

With the roof being over 20 years old, it was time to be replaced. We met this homeowner at the Greenville Remodeling Expo at the TD Convention center. We went to his Hendersonville house and provided an estimate for complete replacement. We started the project a few weeks later. We installed Owens Corning Oakridge Estate Grey shingles, new felt, and new flashing. The project took two days to complete. 

The New Prospect Church Activity Center in Williamston had an old roof in need of replacement. The customer chose Owen's Corning Oakridge shingles in Onyx Black for the finished product.

After seeing our trucks in the area, this homeowner called Roof Roof for a free estimate on a roof replacement. Our rep went out to the home and quoted the estimate for the homeowner. The contract was signed and 3 days later the work began. Within a day’s time, this home had the original roof removed, and a new one installed. This homeowner knew her roof was getting old and it was time to replace! She called Roof Roof becuase her friend had used our company. We came out and provided a free estimate. She gave us the go ahead and we started 3 days later. We began by removing the old roof. After the old roof was removed, we noticed that the rafters over the front porch were rotten. We replaced 6 rafters in this area and installed new decking. We then installed ice and water shield in the valleys and around the chimney. She chose Owens Corning Supreme Chateau Green 3 tab shingles which were installed as well as new chimney flashing. The project took one day to complete.
