Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

The homeowner had an old roof that need to be replaced. He contacted Roof Roof for a free estimate. Our friendly representatives came out and gave him the quote. He chose Roof Roof and we started the project within 3 days. We began by removing the old roof. Once the old roof was removed, we found quite a few pieces of wood that were rotten and needed to be replaced. After all the bad wood was replaced, we installed 15lb felt paper, ice and water shield, and of course, the shingles. The homeowner decided on Owen Corning Oakridge Williamsburg Gray. We finished off the project by installing ridge vent, new pipeboots and UV covers, and two new passive vents. The project took one day to complete. 

This customer had to have their roof replaced due to severe wind damage. Shingles were missing, and many of the important seals on their roof had come apart, leaving the potential for water to enter the cost. After working with their insurance company and with a professional inspection by Roof Roof, they got their insurance to cover the cost of the new Owen's Corning Duration shingles Driftwood.

When we first inspected this Mauldin roof we noticed a predominant amount of granule loss. The roof needed to be replaced immediately. A new ridge vent was cut in to help with ventilation.
